From inquiry to “I do” in four easy steps.
Tell us your date, venue and guest count. We confirm availability within 24 hours.
Choose a service level and pay 50% to lock your date. The balance is due two weeks before.
Add our delivery service and we assemble and place everything before your ceremony. Prefer to save the fee? Collect and return the pieces from our studio yourself.
After your event we return the same day to break down, retrieve and clean everything — timed to your venue's schedule. Very late events may incur an additional after-hours fee.

Our collections use premium silk and “real-touch” florals — high-grade blooms engineered to look and feel like fresh flowers, including in close-up photography. They never wilt, never trigger allergies, and hold up in heat and humidity far better than fresh stems.
Every order has a $1,000 minimum on rental inventory — the florals and decor you take home or we set up. It does not include taxes or the optional service fee. You can mix and match anything from the rental menu to reach it.
Not by default — we don't bury it in the rental price. Delivery, Setup & Same-Day Breakdown is a separate $200 add-on for any package, covering delivery, assembly, placement, same-day breakdown and retrieval. Skip it if you'd rather pick up and return the pieces yourself.
The same day as your event, based on your venue's schedule and access times. We don't leave your decor overnight or collect it the next day. If your event runs very late, an additional after-hours breakdown fee may apply — we'll confirm this in your quote.
Founding Season pricing for our launch season: Starter from $850, Signature from $1,250, and Premium from $2,000. The offer is valid through November 30, 2026 — booking by that date qualifies you, even if your event is later. Regular pricing returns after the offer period.
We serve Charlotte and the Lake Norman corridor — including Huntersville, Cornelius, Mooresville, Davidson and surrounding areas. Venues outside this radius may incur a modest travel fee; tell us your venue and we'll confirm.
Yes. Every collection is available in ivory, blush, champagne, sage and seasonal color stories. Custom palettes are +$75 and we'll send styling notes before your date.
Normal wear is on us. The $200 refundable deposit covers genuinely damaged or missing pieces, assessed fairly at pickup. Full terms are in your rental agreement.
